It's John Boyd's OODA-Loop applied to politics. If you have ever tried to assemble Boyd's theories, you know that this is how you behae towards enemies.

Right wing politics trying to outpace your ability to comprehend is a tactic to make you unable to defend yourself. Their goal is a violent overthrow of democracy, because equal rights for all are in the way of them consuming people.

The only defense is building networks / communities to withstand the first strikes, then go defense in depth.
